Butterflies etc.

Monarchs on Sunflower – Monarch butterflies are endangered due to habitat loss and increased migration-route dangers – they fly thousands of miles to winter over in warm climates, but along the way they encounter predators, insecticide spraying, and must cross interstate highways where many are killed in flight. Let us hope that despite their dwindling numbers, this beautiful species can survive.
